1.Water :
The quality of water used as an impact on the quality of the tea. We are recommended using filtered water. Heat water to the recommended temperature using an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle.
2.Temperature :
Heat fresh water to rolling boil or to a temperature of 98℃.
3.Loose Leaf :
Use the infuser of your choice, measure 5g of tea . For a stronger brew preference, add an additional teaspoon for the pot.
4.Infusion Time :
Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the tea leaves. 1st infusion 15 seconds, 2nd infusion 15 seconds, 3rd infusion 40 seconds. All an additional 5-10 seconds for each subsequent brew depending on personal
