Description

White tea has a naturally sweet and honey-like tastes. The tea leaf is fluffy, light-weighted and voluminous. It has beautiful different shades of green color such as army green, light green, greenish light gray. They are either air-dried or simply fired in a drying oven, not in a tea firing pan or basket. Silvery buds (used to make Silver needle white tea) are easily spotted in the mix.

How to make?

8 grams
200ML
Steep 20 seconds for the frist brew , 10 seconds for the second and another 15 seconds for the third .

 

Brewing Instructions :

1.Water :
The quality of water used as an impact on the quality of the tea. We are recommended using filtered water. Heat water to the recommended temperature using an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle.

2.Temperature :
Heat fresh water to rolling boil .

3.Loose Leaf :
Use the infuser of your choice, measure 8g of tea . For a stronger brew preference, add an additional teaspoon for the pot.

4.Infusion Time :
Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the tea leaves. 1st infusion 20 Seconds, 2nd infusion 10 seconds, 3rd infusion 15 seconds. All an additional 5 seconds for each subsequent brew depending on personal 
preference
