Description

Chinese black tea belongs to the whole fermented tea, which has a history of more than 300 years. The appearance is tight and golden, dark brown and moist, with Chinese flavor characteristics. After brewing, the tea soup is bright and red with mellow taste. It can also be mixed with lemon, sugar or milk. Both hot and cold drinks can be served.

How to make?

Steep 15 seconds for the frist brew , 8 seconds for the second and another 12 seconds for the third .

 

Brewing Instructions :

1.Water :
The quality of water used as an impact on the quality of the tea. We are recommended using filtered water. Heat water to the recommended temperature using an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle.

2.Temperature :
Heat fresh water to rolling boil or to a temperature of 90℃.

3.Loose Leaf :
Use the infuser of your choice, measure 10g of tea . For a stronger brew preference, add an additional teaspoon for the pot.

4.Infusion Time :
Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the tea leaves. 1st infusion 15 seconds, 2nd infusion 8 seconds, 3rd infusion 12 seconds. All an additional 5 seconds for each subsequent brew depending on personal 
preference
