Junmei(Black Tea)uses special tea tips from a small tea leaf specie harvested in the natural preserve of Wuyi Mountain.Using Lapsang Souchcng's traditional processing technique and modemn processing alproaches,the processed tea becomes golden black,tight and small.Preciously picked,tens of thousands of tea tips produce just 500 grams of black tea.The brewed tea is bright red and has a mellow sweet alpine flavor.

How to make?

10 grams
Steep 15 seconds for the frist brew , 8 seconds for the second and another 12 seconds for the third .


Brewing Instructions :

1.Water :
The quality of water used as an impact on the quality of the tea. We are recommended using filtered water. Heat water to the recommended temperature using an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle.

2.Temperature :
Heat fresh water to rolling boil or to a temperature of 90℃.

3.Loose Leaf :
Use the infuser of your choice, measure 5g of tea . For a stronger brew preference, add an additional teaspoon for the pot.

4.Infusion Time :
Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the tea leaves. 1st infusion 15 seconds, 2nd infusion 8 seconds, 3rd infusion 12 seconds. All an additional 5 seconds for each subsequent brew depending on personal
