Description

Long Jing green tea is one of China’s ten famous teas, it was once enjoyed by the emperor. It is made by frying the tea leaves in the pans over heat, until fruited, floral, and nutty fragrance develops. Tea makers of Dragon Well are considered artisans, who are the masters in craftsmanship of tea. TenFu’s Long Jing tea has several distinct characteristics like its wonderful jade color, its full-bodied flavour and a sweet, slightly nutty aftertaste.

How to make?

5 grams
200ML
85℃
Steep 20 seconds for the frist brew , 10 seconds for the second and another 20 seconds for the third .

 

Brewing Instructions :

1.Water :
The quality of water used as an impact on the quality of the tea. We are recommended using filtered water. Heat water to the recommended temperature using an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle.

2.Temperature :
Heat fresh water to rolling boil or to a temperature of 85℃.

3.Loose Leaf :
Use the infuser of your choice, measure 5g of tea . For a stronger brew preference, add an additional teaspoon for the pot.

4.Infusion Time :
Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the tea leaves. 1st infusion 20 Seconds, 2nd infusion 10 seconds, 3rd infusion 20 seconds. All an additional 5-10 seconds for each subsequent brew depending on personal 
preference
