Da Hong Pao Oolong Tea is made using Wuyi Rock tea leaves hand picked from each individual plant. It has a strong rock charm that distinguishes it from other teas.The tea leaf shape is tight and strong with a dark green color.The brewed tea sheds saffron yellow with a strong fragrance.It taste smellow,sweet and refreshing to your palate.

How to make?

10 grams
200ML
95℃
Steep 15 seconds for the frist brew , 8 seconds for the second and another 20 seconds for the third .

 

Brewing Instructions :

1.Water :
The quality of water used as an impact on the quality of the tea. We are recommended using filtered water. Heat water to the recommended temperature using an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle.

2.Temperature :
Heat fresh water to rolling boil or to a temperature of 95℃.

3.Loose Leaf :
Use the infuser of your choice, measure 10g of tea . For a stronger brew preference, add an additional teaspoon for the pot.

4.Infusion Time :
Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the tea leaves. 1st infusion 15 Seconds, 2nd infusion 8 seconds, 3rd infusion 20 seconds. All an additional 5 seconds for each subsequent brew depending on personal 
preference
