Description

Background: Xihu (West Lake) is located in Hongzhou city of Zhejiang province in China. The lake itself has become UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2011. It had been an inspirational landmark for many Chinese painters and poets. And the Long Jing tea grown in this region is the most well-known Long Jing among others. Only the very tea that are grown in the West Lake region is qualified to claim itself to be “Xihu Long Jing”. With the seal of authenticity from regional authority, Tenfu assures the quality and the true root of this historically-famous Long Jing tea.

How to make?

5 grams
200ML
85℃
Steep 20 seconds for the frist brew , 10 seconds for the second and another 20 seconds for the third .

 

Brewing Instructions :

1.Water :
The quality of water used as an impact on the quality of the tea. We are recommended using filtered water. Heat water to the recommended temperature using an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle.

2.Temperature :
Heat fresh water to rolling boil or to a temperature of 85℃.

3.Loose Leaf :
Use the infuser of your choice, measure 5g of tea . For a stronger brew preference, add an additional teaspoon for the pot.

4.Infusion Time :
Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the tea leaves. 1st infusion 20 seconds, 2nd infusion 10 seconds, 3rd infusion 20 seconds. All an additional 5-10 seconds for each subsequent brew depending on personal 
preference
