Description

Huangshan (Yellow Mountain) is located in Anhui province of China. This region is also home of many type of green teas and Maofeng, is one of the beloved green teas that are grown in Huangshan region. Maofeng has one bud and two leaves set, and the processed leaves are much alike the shape of the tip of Huangshang, hence the name “Huangshan Maofeng”. The liquor has pale yellow-green color and gentle magnolia blossom or hints of orchid-like aroma. This aromatic and flavorful cup is certainly the one you will enjoy!

How to make?

5 grams
200ML
85℃
Steep 20 seconds for the frist brew , 10 seconds for the second and another 20 seconds for the third .

 

Brewing Instructions :

1.Water :
The quality of water used as an impact on the quality of the tea. We are recommended using filtered water. Heat water to the recommended temperature using an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle.

2.Temperature :
Heat fresh water to rolling boil or to a temperature of 85℃.

3.Loose Leaf :
Use the infuser of your choice, measure 5g of tea . For a stronger brew preference, add an additional teaspoon for the pot.

4.Infusion Time :
Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the tea leaves. 1st infusion 20 seconds, 2nd infusion 10 seconds, 3rd infusion 20 seconds. All an additional 5-10 seconds for each subsequent brew depending on personal 
preference
