This product utilizes fresh tea leaves of the Jinxuan variety and is processed using a Taiwanese approach of tea making.The finished tea leaves are glossy jade green while the tea liquid is clear yellowish green.It tastes smooth and pure with a milky and floral aroma.

How to make?

Steep 40 seconds for the frist brew , 35 seconds for the second and another 35 seconds for the third .

 

Brewing Instructions :

1.Water :
The quality of water used as an impact on the quality of the tea. We are recommended using filtered water. Heat water to the recommended temperature using an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle.

2.Temperature :
Heat fresh water to rolling boil or to a temperature of 90℃.

3.Loose Leaf :
Use the infuser of your choice, measure 10g of tea . For a stronger brew preference, add an additional teaspoon for the pot.

4.Infusion Time :
Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the tea leaves. 1st infusion 40 seconds, 2nd infusion 35 seconds, 3rd infusion 35 seconds. All an additional 5 seconds for each subsequent brew depending on personal 
preference
