Description

Lao Shan (Mount Lao) is a mountain situated on the southeastern coastline of the Shandong Province in China. It is the second highest mountain in Shandong. Its mountain view and ocean view co-exist in a great harmony. The green tea in this region is grown by irrigating with mountain spring water and only young buds of spring leaves are selected for production. Pan-fried to perfection. The leaf shapes are curl, dark green color, with a hint of soy aroma.

How to make?

5 grams
200ML
85℃
Steep 20 seconds for the frist brew , 10 seconds for the second and another 20 seconds for the third .

 

Brewing Instructions :

1.Water :
The quality of water used as an impact on the quality of the tea. We are recommended using filtered water. Heat water to the recommended temperature using an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle.

2.Temperature :
Heat fresh water to rolling boil or to a temperature of 85℃.

3.Loose Leaf :
Use the infuser of your choice, measure 5g of tea . For a stronger brew preference, add an additional teaspoon for the pot.

4.Infusion Time :
Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the tea leaves. 1st infusion 20 seconds, 2nd infusion 10 seconds, 3rd infusion 20 seconds. All an additional 5-10 seconds for each subsequent brew depending on personal 
preference
