Description

This product is made from the tea tips of Souchong tea,which comes from the ecological environment of Wuyi Mountain.It is refined through a combination of the traditional and modern tea processing technique.The silky black colored tea is tightly rolled and beams out tiny golden hairs.The brewed tea is bright red with a fresh mellow,sweet taste,and strong aroma which endows it with a particular characteristic that confirms that it is from the high mountains of Wuyi.

How to make?

Steep 15 seconds for the frist brew , 8 seconds for the second and another 12 seconds for the third .

 

Brewing Instructions :

1.Water :
The quality of water used as an impact on the quality of the tea. We are recommended using filtered water. Heat water to the recommended temperature using an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle.

2.Temperature :
Heat fresh water to rolling boil or to a temperature of 90℃.

3.Loose Leaf :
Use the infuser of your choice, measure 5g of tea . For a stronger brew preference, add an additional teaspoon for the pot.

4.Infusion Time :
Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the tea leaves. 1st infusion 15 seconds, 2nd infusion 8 seconds, 3rd infusion 12 seconds. All an additional 5 seconds for each subsequent brew depending on personal 
preference
