This tea is harvested from the natural environment of the Wuyi Mountains.With year round low temperatures,thick clouds,and humid air,the soil is rich in organic substances,the tea trees suffer few insect damages ensuring the tea leaves are protected.To retains its premium quality,the tea is produced by combining traditional and modern scientific tea processing techniques.The tea is tight and thin glimmering with hints of gold and black hues.After brewing.the tea exudes a bright red color that is sweet,full of flavor,fresh and smooth with a long-lasting aftertaste.It's soft and fine floral,fruity and honey scent manifests it's distinct high mountain charm.

Steep 15 seconds for the frist brew , 8 seconds for the second and another 12 seconds for the third .

  

Brewing Instructions :

1.Water :
The quality of water used as an impact on the quality of the tea. We are recommended using filtered water. Heat water to the recommended temperature using an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle.

2.Temperature :
Heat fresh water to rolling boil or to a temperature of 90℃.

3.Loose Leaf :
Use the infuser of your choice, measure 5g of tea . For a stronger brew preference, add an additional teaspoon for the pot.

4.Infusion Time :
Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the tea leaves. 1st infusion 15 Seconds, 2nd infusion 8 seconds, 3rd infusion 12 seconds. All an additional 7 seconds for each subsequent brew depending on personal 
preference
