This tea adopts the hand-picked high mountain tea leaves from above 800 meters of Taiwan's frozen top mountain, and the picking standard is one bud with two or three fresh leaves. After being processed by master tea makers, it becomes the mild scented oolong tea—Dongding oolong tea.
Packaged in zipper sealed bags filled with nitrogen for freshness reservation, the tea can be re-sealed after being taken out. In this way it is anti-oxidation, anti-moisture, and anti-odor.

Brewing Instructions :
The quality of water used as an impact on the quality of the tea. We are recommended using filtered water. Heat water to the recommended temperature using an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle.
Heat fresh water to rolling boil or to a temperature of 95℃.
3.Loose Leaf :
Use the infuser of your choice, measure 10g of tea . For a stronger brew preference, add an additional teaspoon for the pot.
4.Infusion Time :
Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the tea leaves. 1st infusion 60 Seconds, 2nd infusion 40 seconds, 3rd infusion 40 seconds. All an additional 5-10 seconds for each subsequent brew depending on personal preference
