Tieh Kwan Yin is a legendary oolong tea from the Fujian province in China. It is one of china’s most beloved oolongs and is extremely time consuming to produce, over a dozen distinct steps in the processing are observed. Our fine version of Ti Kwan Yin produces a cup that is warm, soft, and soothingly mineral in texture. Notes of toasted walnut and tender collard grass. How to make?

7.5 grams
95 ℃
Steep 50 seconds for the frist brew , 30 seconds for the second and another 30 seconds for the third .

Brewing Instructions :

1.Water :
The quality of water used as an impact on the quality of the tea. We are recommended using filtered water. Heat water to the recommended temperature using an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle.

2.Temperature :
Heat fresh water to rolling boil or to a temperature of 95℃.

3.Loose Leaf :
Use the infuser of your choice, measure 7.5g of tea . For a stronger brew preference, add an additional teaspoon for the pot.

4.Infusion Time :
Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the tea leaves. 1st infusion 50 Seconds, 2nd infusion 30 seconds, 3rd infusion 30 seconds. All an additional 5-10 seconds for each subsequent brew depending on personal
