Xinyang Maojian (信阳毛尖) is one specialty tea that is grown in Xinyang City, Henan Province. Maojian refers to “one bud and one leaf” plucking technique commonly used for premium green teas. Xinyang is a city known for its dramatic temperature differences between day and night. Lack of sunshine inhibits the growth speed of the tea leaves. As a result, more natural substances are absorbed within. Liquor is between yellow and green color. This aromatic green tea will remind you what spring should feel like.

How to make?

5 grams
Steep 20 seconds for the frist brew , 10 seconds for the second and another 20 seconds for the third .


Brewing Instructions :

1.Water :
The quality of water used as an impact on the quality of the tea. We are recommended using filtered water. Heat water to the recommended temperature using an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle.

2.Temperature :
Heat fresh water to rolling boil or to a temperature of 85℃.

3.Loose Leaf :
Use the infuser of your choice, measure 5g of tea . For a stronger brew preference, add an additional teaspoon for the pot.

4.Infusion Time :
Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the tea leaves. 1st infusion 20 seconds, 2nd infusion 10 seconds, 3rd infusion 20 seconds. All an additional 5-10 seconds for each subsequent brew depending on personal
